Join us for an intensive Audience Insights Manager (AIM) Boot Camp. Learn how to get the most out of AIM — whether you’re a newbie, just curious, or already a pro!
This half-day workshop will feature content geared for all levels of experience as well as direct access to TRG Arts and ArtPride staffs. Stick around for happy hour at Rat’s Restaurant and network with your colleagues. Park admission is also included.

AIM Basics: 1:00pm – 2:45pm
An introduction for those new to AIM or those that are just thinking about getting involved for the first time. Overview of how a cooperative patron database can be useful to your organization and a review of the basics of using Data Center.
Coffee Break: 2:45pm – 3:00pm
Taking AIM to the Next Level: 3:00pm – 4:45pm
Review of case studies illustrating how groups across the country have used similar cooperative patron databases to increase subscriber bases, boost single ticket sales, improve fundraising appeals, and influence organizational thinking based on learning more about their audiences.
Looking Ahead: 4:45p – 5:00p
Wrap up and information on next steps — how to contact TRG if more help is needed, how to get registered, etc.
