New Jersey Emerging Arts Leaders is partnering with Rider University School of Fine and Performing Arts to present our annual Creative Conversations event! Every October, in honor of National Arts & Humanities Month, thousands of local arts and community leaders partner with Americans for the Arts to host Creative Conversations. A Creative Conversation gathers community leaders to discuss local arts, culture, and creativity to generate partnerships and increased energy around the grassroots movement to elevate the arts in America.
Influence from the Middle is an interactive breakout conversation about the role of entry and middle management regarding developing and implementing ideas and strategies on behalf of your organization pertaining to equity in the arts as it relates to diversity, inclusion and intersectionality.
The Creative Conversation:

12:45 – 02:00 | Breakout Discussion 2: Equity Inside the Organization
